This week Janine and Tara are joined by Lee Stevens from Vibrant Communities Calgary to chat with us about a universal basic income guarantee and how our tax dollars could be put to better use.

Lee busts some myths and defines some terms that we've heard recently like means-testing, the difference between a living wage and a minimum wage, and how the poverty line is determined.
